Benji Rostoker

A young entrepreneur, Benji Rostoker is Co-Founder and Managing Director of SoZango, which delivers interactive chatbot and automation solutions that enhance employee productivity and consumer engagement.  Benji has a BA and MA in politics from Brandeis University (2005) and a MS in Social Entrepreneurship (2017) from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California where he attained Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

 

As Co-Founder and Managing Director of  SoZango Benji leads the strategic vision of the company utilizing human-centered design, lean startup and rapid prototyping. He drives business development through speaking engagements and delivers key partnerships and accelerator applications.

Benji is also a Case Development Fellow for Loyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at USC.  In this capacity he develops and writes business case studies for the USC case Collection published by Harvard Business Publishing. From 2006 to 2015 Benji was program coordinator for Crown Center for Middle East studies at Brandeis University, which is an academic research center committed to the impartial study of modern Middle East politics.  He developed and directed the communications strategy there including print, web, and social media.

 

Benji has worked with a plethora of nonprofits including Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, Mercy Corps, Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners, Friends of the Arava and UNOY Peacebulders.  His experience includes: negotiation workshop instructor, grant writer, teaching assistant, WordPress consultant, and fencing coach.
